PathLife Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PathLife and Sumlume mobile applications (together, the "Apps").

PathLife Studio does not require users to create an account to play PathLife or Sumlume.
Most gameplay information, including game progress, scores, achievements, settings, preferences, and other game-related information, is stored locally on your device.

PathLife and Sumlume may display advertisements using third-party advertising and mediation services, including Appodeal and advertising networks available through the Appodeal platform.

3. App Tracking Transparency
On Apple devices, our Apps may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request where applicable.
If you select "Ask App Not to Track," PathLife Studio does not use your device's advertising identifier for tracking and does not permit tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency authorization.
Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from using the core functionality of PathLife or Sumlume.
Advertisements may still be displayed where permitted, but they may be non-personalised or otherwise operate without ATT-authorized tracking.
Where required, additional advertising consent choices may be presented separately based on your region and applicable privacy laws. Providing consent for advertising or privacy purposes does not override your Apple App Tracking Transparency choice.
4. In-App Purchases
PathLife and Sumlume may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertisements or unlocking premium functionality.
Purchases made on Apple devices are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases made on Android devices may be processed through Google Play's billing system.
Payment information, including full payment card details, is handled by Apple, Google, or the applicable app-store payment provider.
PathLife Studio does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.
We may receive limited purchase-related information necessary to:
- Confirm that a purchase was completed
- Restore previous purchases
- Determine whether purchased or premium functionality should be available
5. Diagnostics and Performance
Technical and diagnostic information may be processed by the Apps, operating system providers, advertising SDKs, or other third-party services.
